Elaine Atherton – Sales Director
Elaine has had a very successful career spanning over many years within the direct selling industry and she attributes her success to the amazing people she has worked with in her business. Elaine spent 15 years with The Body Shop at Home in a self-employed role and was responsible for developing a high performing team of managers, winning numerous awards including being the First Regional Manager to achieve £4 million turnover in a year and is a twice-winner of the Direct Selling Association Award for Best Direct Seller. She then worked with Jamie Oliver’s company, Jamie at Home, for a time before taking on a corporate role with Ann Summers.
Elaine has a passion for training and developing people and is so excited about working in a business that truly encourages entrepreneurship – both within the opportunities offered to the independent sales force, but also through working and building close relationships with our business partners who design and manufacture their products for us in the UK.

Neville Liddle – Chief Executive Officer
Neville Liddle spent 17 years in commercial and international business management before becoming Director of an international logistics company. His entrepreneurial streak led him to become co-owner of a business which imported and distributed ceramic tableware before taking on another international corporate position Regional Director for the Far East and then becoming Managing Director for Southern Europe.
Neville also owns his own manamagement consultancy focusing on helping businesses achieve their goals in a variety of market places especially Luxury Retail and has worked with well known luxury brands to enhance customer experiences.
Neville brings a wealth of commercial experience to the table and is committed to offering a 21st century opportunity to direct sellers through our state of the art software systems and the online shopping sites for our LiV Consultants.
Pam Anthony - Managing Director
Pam had 18 years experience in a variety of senior corporate sales and marketing positions within direct selling companies including Avon Cosmetics UK & Ireland, The Body Shop at Home and Matchmaker Parties Limited before establishing her own executive recruitment and training company in 2000, specialising in direct selling within the UK and across Europe. Her company was the winner of the DSA Partnership Awards on two occasions, adjudged the best of all the 60 or more accredited suppliers to DSA member companies.
She is also a Director with Pan European Solutions – a partnership which offers a turnkey solution for clients looking to launch a direct selling business across Europe.
Pam’s expertise within the industry is extremely valuable to the company, combined with her background in coaching and mentoring business builders and her belief that direct/social selling has a very exciting future in the UK and beyond.
Allan Bell - Non Executive Director
Allan is a leading commercial consultant to the UK Direct Sales Industry. Allan qualified as a Chartered Accountant, before moving into the Direct Sales industry, which led to directorships with major companies including the Dee Group plc, Dorling Kindersley Family Learning and The Body Shop at Home. Allan has filled a variety of board-level roles in direct selling companies, including Financial Director, Commercial Director and Managing Director.
Allan has a range of specialised practical skills in the financial and commercial areas applicable to direct selling companies, as well as Information Technology, Logistics and Operations, coupled with an ability to contribute strategically in a Boardroom environment.
Allan has quickly become the ‘voice of reason’ within our company, with his in-depth understanding and love of direct selling along with keeping control of our more excitable team members!

In addition, we have key Director level management resources bringing in-depth national and international business management experience covering marketing, sales, product development, range management and sourcing covering home furnishings and accessories, luxury tableware, luxury leather goods, garden furnishings and stationery.
